Products and Pricing
Nature In reserves the right to withdraw any products sold online without prior notification.
Prices are displayed and charged in Euro (€), and we reserve the right to amend products without prior notification.
If you are purchasing using a non-Euro credit card, the exchange rate shown on your statement is set by your card provider and not by Nature In.

Stripe processes all transactions, and they are 100% secure.

Delivery and Orders
You can place your orders online anytime; however, they will only be processed during regular business hours, Monday to Friday. By entering your details, including payment information and submitting your order, you are making an offer to purchase chosen products which will become a binding contract once accepted by us. By making the offer to purchase, you also authorise Nature In to charge your card for full payment. Your card will be charged immediately upon your confirmation of the order. All goods are the property of Nature In until payment in full has been received.
Products will be delivered to your chosen address. We process orders as quickly as possible, and most orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days of payment being received, but we reserve the right to take up to 28 days for delivery. We use An Post, and we also carry out deliveries directly depending on your area of residence and value/weight of your order. We deliver to the Republic of Ireland and the EU. For any other destination, please contact us by email first.
All our products will be shipped in the packaging of our choice with regards to ecology and recycling.
If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the products’ price, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

Click & Collect Service ( Free of charge)
- Place your order online and as part of the checkout process, select collect in store.
You can choose from 2 stores: Enniskerry and Newtownmountkennedy and complete your order.
- You will receive a ‘Ready to Collect’ email or text message to confirm that your order is available for collection.
- Your order will be ready for collection within 2 working days.
Head down to your chosen store with your confirmation email or text message, and we will hand over your package, and that’s it!
Have you changed your mind? No problem as we accept full refund for up to 12 days after delivery. Please note we only accept returns of unopened, unused and undamaged products. Should you decide to return a product, please get in touch by phone or email for further arrangements.
