Infinuty peanuts are grown for them by a local Greek farmer who has his orchards north of Athens. The local climate, year-round conditions and quality soil provide excellent conditions for their growth. The farmer delivers them to us in the raw state (RAW), without shell, but also with shell. It is the skin that gives the peanuts an unmistakable taste and preserves important nutritional values. Peanuts are not really nuts, but legumes, also called peanuts, so raw peanuts are not very tasty (more reminiscent of raw peas). That is why thorough and relatively long roasting is necessary to achieve a strong peanut taste and aroma. Of course, like all Infinuty’s nuts, peanuts are only roasted by a stream of hot air without the use of fat. Thus, they are not burned or otherwise degraded.
No added sugar, salt or palm oil. Gluten-free. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in a dark and dry place.
