Recommended daily dose is 1ml of oil. This will give you 20mg or 40mg of CBD depending on what product strength you choose.

30 servings in each bottle: 30 x 1ml.

Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.

Shake bottle well before use.

Squeeze the dropper, it will fill up with approximately 0.5ml of oil (which is half a daily dose). Drop oil under the tongue, hold for 45-60 seconds until absorbed and then swallow. Repeat these steps to take another 0.5ml, now you will have your recommended daily dose (1ml in total).
